Therapy can be a daunting prospect for many. My goal is to support people of all backgrounds to feel comfortable, supported, and heard in an evidence-based, collaborative and nonjudgmental environment. Music and humour are also important to me, so where we can weave those things appropriately into sessions, even better.

My experience:

I have experience working in various publicly funded inpatient and outpatient services, and private practices all over New Zealand, in Sydney, Australia and London, UK. I have worked with young children, adolescents, families, adults, and older adults. My clients’ needs have ranged from moderate to severe and intensive, and I’ve worked with people of diverse cultures, genders, sexualities, abilities, and backgrounds. I have supported many individuals, families and groups in therapy, conducted neuropsychological assessments, and presented my research at workshops and conferences.

I really enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, individuals navigating tricky relationships with others, and people with persistent pain or fatigue.


What I’m into:

In my spare time, I love listening to music, resting, dancing, and running.

Initial Consultation: 50 minutes

  • $168.15 out of pocket with Medicare Rebate

  • $310 without Medicare Rebate

Subsequent Session: 50 minutes

  • $153.15 out of pocket with Medicare Rebate

  • $295 without Medicare Rebate


Grace is available for sessions Monday to Thursday online or in-person at our Manly office.
